Dit gaat over een dieet dat voornamelijk uit plantaardige zaken bestaat en dan ook nog eens hele planten. Dit omdat we ons slecht voelen en we uit gemakszucht altijd maar weer terugvallen in de gemakkelijke en ongezonde oplossingen.
