MariaDB not reachable
recently I noticed that 2 of my Docker images on my Unraid server did not run well. An error occured during as I was trying to reach the websites.
- Nextcloud
- Spotweb on a NGINX container
This happened to me before and I found a solution to get it working again. Not remebering the resolution, I started searching again and this time it took me a week because of me being busy with a lot of other stuff (work and and private schedules …)
So this time I put it in a blog so next time I could/should find it on my on blog website.
The error
SQLSTATE[HY000] [2002] Host is unreachable
The resolution
go to the settings menu –> Docker –> Disable Docker –> Apply –> Disable the communication between host access to custom networks (don’t see this option? Slide the top left slider from Basic to Advanced!) –> Apply –> enable Docker and the communication between host access and custom networks –> Apply
BOOM back in business ..
